About Atlas
Hello! My name is Atlas, and I am an experienced tutor of five years. I've tutored around 20 children in my time as a tutor, including my 4 younger siblings. In my book, no student is too much to handle, and there are no stupid questions. My goals as a tutor are to help students grow, provide new perspectives on age-old questions, and give students the space they need to be able to freely express their concerns without fear of judgment.

I believe that all students deserve a personalized approach. As a tutor, I strive to provide each individual with the assistance and guidance that they need, regardless of how "nitpicky" or "complex" those needs may be. I'm able to tutor children from elementary school all the way up to sophomores in high school. I have the most experience in teaching children in that age range. I've been tutoring for five years on top of assisting my four younger siblings with their homework each day for the past six years. A lesson with me will look like this: - Open with reviewing the material, as well as asking the student what they feel they need help with. - Ask to see an example of their work to find any errors in the processes they used. - Provide information on how to correct mistakes, including more than one way to answer the questions being asked. - Continue working with the student until they feel more comfortable with the material.
