I believe in organic way of learning and progressing , hence my process is purely based on individual's needs and focus areas.
consider me someone who is open to learn and adapt different ways their students would suggest to try for their ease of learning. But having said that i equally believe in goal settings and achievements , therefore keeps track of progress being made on timely manner.
My approach for learning involves sharing a lot of real life experiences, story telling , conversations and all that would help boosting self confidence and motivation.

I have taken sessions for public speaking from Shweta and i must say that i'm seeing good progress in my self confidence while speaking.
