About Raila
I have tutored with other agencies for over a year and therefore have experience in online tutoring with many individuals being satisfied with the outcome of the lessons. In the past I was also a peer mentor for a year which aided students in the curriculum they found most difficult. Through past tutoring experiences, I outline with students the topics which will be taught in coming lessons. With each of these lessons involving activities ranging from testing student capabilities through quizzes and even worksheets. Detailed feedback will also be given to individuals through marking of tasks or even essays that they complete. Any additional essays students may have completed can also be reviewed.

Hi, I’m Raila and I am an enthusiastic, compassionate, patient and a dedicated individual who aims to assist and guide students in realising their potential and aims to help them unlock it. Subject areas I aim to help individuals is English literature and English language at GCSE level. I aim to tailor lessons to fit each student in terms of academic capabilities but also incorporate what type of learner they are e.g. visual learner. I have past experience in tutoring GCSE students in English literature and English language and therefore know how to push students while also taking into consideration of their needs and how best to support them. I have achieved a grade 9 in English Literature (edexcel) and a grade 8 in English Language (edexcel).
