I have myself tried to loose weight but failed, Abhijeet is the person who actually told me the right things to loose weight and I am 51 kgs now and my weight earlier was 88. I am so thankful to him. He makes you do normal excercise and you can eat what you want on your cheat day. You don't have to compromise on your diet aswell. He said being thin is not good one should be fit
