About Sawyer
I am a college student who has been tutoring for over two years, as the head of the tutoring organization at my school. I have taught students aged 7-18, in multiple subjects including both STEM and Humanities-oriented subjects, as well as in the arts.

I prefer for the students to learn the material on their own, rather than in a lecture-based course. If I can help push them to reach a conclusion -- a formula or rule -- rather than telling them outright, the student feels accomplished and will remember those points vividly in the future.
