I am currently a Change Manager at Cigna, but my background is in psychology, research, and education. I taught three years at the University of Hartford, and love the challenge of working with a group of students with diverse needs and interests.

My teaching methodology is highly interactive and casual. I consider myself and the student "partners" in the learning. I find creative ways to make learning fun, and pay attention to what works and doesn't work for a particular student. I find ways to relate lessons to the every day experiences of students, particularly in Research Methods & Statistics-- where I am confident I can make anyone a believer that Research is cool!
