About Ceren
I completed the Yoga Alliance RYS 200-hour training in 2021 in yoga, which I met in 2012. Since my graduation was postponed due to the pandemic, I will receive my diploma in seclusion at the first face-to-face meeting.
I have organized more than 100 events throughout my career, but what makes me me is that I always approach work with the 'tailor-made' mentality.
We will define a theme for the area you want to change in your life and we will prepare a special flow plan for you.

In our Hatha yoga class you will experience a flow that is completely personalized for you.
First I will get to know you and your body in our free lesson. For this reason, my lessons are suitable for all levels.

Details
Our first lesson is the introductory lesson, we will meet on Zoom with your mat and yoga clothes. I will do a basic flow to see your body and monitor your situation in the poses.
Then we'll chat with you and I'll ask you a few questions I've prepared. In which areas do you want to work, for example body flexibility or strengthening; Or are you a little impatient? Maybe we will work ego together, maybe you want to do yoga because you feel stuck.
Every lesson that we will take step by step will be 75 TL.
4-classroom packages will also be 200 TL.
