About Sarah
I’m a visual artist who has just finished a Bachelor’s in Design and Art. I work across painting, mixed media, and material-based processes. I want to teach because many people stop creating after being told they’re “bad” at art, or that it isn’t worth doing if it doesn’t make money. Art doesn’t have to be productive to be valuable. In any form, it can help the brain slow down, focus, and de-stress. My aim is to offer a low-pressure space where people can try things out without judgment.

My lessons are low-pressure and practical, designed for people who want to start or return to painting without feeling judged or overwhelmed. We focus on process, experimentation, and building confidence over time rather than chasing perfection. No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try. I adapt sessions to each person’s pace, interests, and comfort level, whether you’re a complete beginner or feeling creatively stuck.
