About Amy
I created the Emosual Painting Style because I have struggled with cPTSD, anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and a lack of self-confidence. As part of my healing journey I used Painting in order to get the stuck energies out so my physical body could stop suffering from my emotional pain. I live a lifestyle where understanding and releasing my emotions is necessary for my sustainability. I'd love to teach others how to create more self-sustainability within their own wellness.
