About Petra
I've been practising for more than 6 years. After yoga has helped me to go through the most difficult time of my life, I felt obliged to share this ancient heritage with others. That's why I've decided to become a Yoga Alliance Teacher and finished 200h.
It doesn't matter whether your aim is to have control over your thoughts, stable your emotions, clear your mind or get physicaly stronger and flexible. I'll create sessions according to your needs and will lead you towards your future You.
