I am currently a Bachelor of Fine Arts Major at Birmingham Southern College. I have been drawing since the age of five and drawing is my strong suit.

The first thing to teach a student is, what is art? Art is not all about being great, it’s about a personal sense of expression. Anyone can be an artist and being an artist is based on structure and obedience. Second, I teach my student he differences in pencils and how to hold a pencil the correct way. After teaching the basics, I will allow everything else to fall into place. I want my students to have fun and be comfortable with expressing themselves in an shape or form.
