About Vivek
My students include therapists, doctors, teachers and councillors, who have all enjoyed my lessons and have reported improved flexibility, body function and a reduction in body pains, as well as a more relaxed mindset. I use both slow and flow yoga styles, based on your preference, and you do not need any experience to enjoy the class.

I have been doing yoga under a trained instructor since I was 10 years old, so for the past 12 years, and have been teaching for the past 3 years. I use your body, experience and goals to prepare and change my style of instruction, as well as how my lessons flow, to ensure that you get the results you are looking for. I have learnt traditional Hatha yoga as well as flow yoga, so can use your preferred pace.
