About Boma
Hi there! No, I don't have a fancy degree in chemistry. I do, however, have a solid idea of the frustrations I felt with chemistry and the exact spots where I had gaps in my learning process. I figured it'd probably be the same for others just starting. So, I'm here to ease the tension, and undo common misconceptions surrounding the basics, all from your perspective. The truth is, everything that seems so terrifying about chemistry is literally just an extension of the basics. Once you learn the basics, chemistry isn't scary at all. It's actually quite fun figuring out the systems behind existence itself, and also how we learned about these things. It's definitely going to be a fun one.

I tend to utilize the power of imagination by using extremely relatable analogies. I break down the fundamentals of chemistry to the barest minimum, and not bug you with unnecessary information. Typical length of my lesson is 30-45 min. (Yes, a rest/refractory period to digest the information is just as important as getting the information). I do not have awards/degrees in chemistry. Instead, I do have a solid grasp of where my understanding was lacking, where I failed, and I hope to patch that up for you so you don't make the same errors I did. My lessons are primarily for beginners usually 18 - 24 years of age. I offer entry-level tutoring for basically anyone that wishes to learn it.
