About Kari
I have my MSc degree in Maharishi Ayurvedic Wellness and Integrative Medicine, Aromatherapy Specialist, licensed massage therapist with over 20 years experience. I have studied and practiced guided meditation and relaxation exercises for many years and first learned how to silently meditate at the age of 5. Began learning about essential oils as a child, took several online workshops and a little over a year of graduate level Aromatherapy and Ayurveda. Sharing this knowledge with those who seek it is my life's dream.
