About Sanya
Hello students, I've completed my graduation from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. I've been practicing yoga from the past 4 years. It was the pandemic and self motivation that kept me pushing towards my desired goal. I really wanted to be able to do the splits and trust me it took me only 1 month of stretching and motivation to be able to do it. Remember, If i can do it, so can you.

Yoga is all about relaxing your body and your mind. It helps you to see life a little bit differently. My classes are ideally designed for school going children to ease up their stressful life. - Teaching is going to be very easy for beginners basically so that it would be easy for students to grasp.
