The class I usually have been taking have been online. The classes are problem solving orientated which would be preceeded by theory discussion and basic question, followed by mind mapping of the topic (aka formula sheet and important concepts). The problems we would be targeted could be from any material of your choice. I too have plenty of exciting and exhaustive material from my end as well according to all kinds of requirements so that shouldn't be a problem.
