I'm a BAMS graduate and a certified yoga trainer knowing the harmony of yogic practices incorporated with the ancient Ayurveda and focusing on better modalities based on scientific studies and giving my true knowledge and methods to my clients and helps to the inner peace in one's own mind.

My yoga classes includes with different postures, breathing techniques and meditation to promote flexibility, relaxation and inner peace.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Equipments needed: yoga mat.Join me for transformative yoga classes that nurture body, mind, and spirit. My teaching style blends traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and prenatal yoga techniques to promote relaxation, flexibility, and inner peace.
