About Dimitrios
Greetings! My name is Dimitrios, and I am a freelance tutor employed by both individuals and corporations. As many of you can most probably detect, I am Greek, born and raised. I possess a Bachelor's degree in History from Baylor University, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree focused on the cultural heritage of the Ancient Near East, Middle East, and Africa at Sapienza Università di Roma. In the past 4 years that I have been a tutor, I have covered a vast scope of academic courses such as history, philosophy, and literature. It is my personal belief that every student has the potential to excel, and I am committed to helping them discover their strengths. In my free time, I enjoy exploring literature and languages, football (both U.S. and international), and traveling.

As a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor's degree in History from Baylor University, I am passionate about making complex subjects like History and political science relatable and engaging for my students. With over two years of tutoring experience, I employ storytelling and mnemonic devices to connect students with the material, fostering a deeper understanding of historical and political concepts. My journey from Greece to the U.S. has instilled in me a unique empathy for the emotional challenges students face in their academic pursuits.
