About Eliza
I started my yoga journey by taking a semester of yoga in college. This inspired me greatly and since I have taken classes all over the world, including a 100 hour Hatha certification in France through Hridaya Yoga, a 200 hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India with Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as a yoga therapy course in Rishikesh, India with Shivswarupini Yog. I've been teaching individuals for over 5 years now and would be honored to share my yoga understanding with you!
