About Kyle
As someone who struggled with weight loss for a long part of my life, I finally hit my peak at 325+ lbs and started my journey where I got down to 195 lbs and I never felt happier. I noticed on my weight loss journey it started off hard but it got better and better. I could move easier, I was happier with my self-image which really helped with my mental health.
