About Dee
I'm Dee, a certified yoga teacher and psychologist. I have been helping students improve their health and habits through yoga for years now. My goal is to create classes that beginner yogis can incorporate into their busy schedules. I will create a class that suits your specific needs and there are so many things we can work on together!
