About Lottie
Hi there,
I'm Lottie, a yoga teacher from West Sussex. I specialise in 1 to 1 beginners yoga online.
My passion for teaching beginners yoga comes from the lack of real beginners focused yoga classes. I noticed again and again how many mixed ability or beginners classes, weren't actually beginner friendly. I watched how many beginners were put off by very experienced yoga teachers who forgot what it was like to be a true beginner.
I believe that everyone deserves to try yoga at their own ability. Everyone should be met at their level by an exercise that goes so much deeper than just movement. Yoga touches you in ways that other exercise just can't. So having watched for many years how so many beginners were put off and robbed of the experience of another yoga class, simply because they were put off returning.
I've made it my mission to get you started and falling in love with yoga, meeting you at your own individual level.

Getting started with yoga can be daunting. Maybe you've tried a class before and felt lost and didn't have a clue if you were doing it right.
Enter 1 to 1 classes with me (Lottie). My sessions are here to help get you started and confident to go to any class.
Yoga is an incredible blend of exercise and flexibility, if taught well. With extensive training and experience in yoga and exercise. I'll teach you not only how to get into yoga postures, but also to do them in ways that will help you build in confidence, muscle tone and flexibility.
You'll find your progress with yoga will greatly increase when doing 1 to 1 sessions online with a yoga teacher specialising in beginners yoga.
