Welcome to Kip McGrath here at Chelmsford!
Our centre is in one of the oldest buildings in Chelmsford.
We have been open since September 2011 and more students are joining us every month!
- About Us
Originally from Stockport, Centre Director Colette Roxby has lived in Chelmsford for over ten years.
'We came to live in Chelmsford to be nearer to my husband's parents as they got older', she says. 'Chelmsford is his home town'. Colette is an experienced primary school teacher, having taught in Manchester, London and Chelmsford for over twenty five years before she took on the challenge of running her own business.
'Running the Centre is very hard work', she says, especially as student numbers are increasing every week. 'We have nearly forty now', she says. 'This is almost twice the number we had at this time last year'.

We provide tuition for maths and English for KS1 and KS2 and GCSE.
We also hold 11 Plus classes, help students for SATS and generally do all we can to boost confidence.
We help with early reading.

We do not teach adults.

We are open every week day from 3.30 pm unti 7.30 pm
We are open on Saturdays from 9.30 am until 4.30 pm.

These are available on request.
Discounts are available for payment in advance and for children in the same family.
All sessions are for eighty minutes.
