About Lori
I was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico. My Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on International Business. The internship included travel to more than 6 countries in Latin America. My Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology has been used to impact students as a mentor providing online onsite academic advising and intervention strategies for student adjustment to university life with a focus on student retention, alumni outreach, improved student graduation rates and increased enrollment of the Hispanic student population. I have completed graduate courses in Training and Development.

The Demonstrator and coach style that retains the formal authority role by showing students what they need to know. The demonstrator is a lot like the lecturer, but their lessons include multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations. Pros: This style gives teachers opportunities to incorporate a variety of formats including lectures and multimedia presentations. I am also a facilitator that promotes self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization.
Pros: This style trains students to ask questions and helps develop skills to find answers and solutions through exploration.
