My approach as a tutor involves my students in interactive and engaging sessions, either in a group setting or through individualized tutorials. My primary goal is to create an environment where the student feels comfortable to explore their knowledge and hopefully find new and innovative ways of learning.
I typically begin my lessons with an introduction around the subject, sharing a few relevant facts and details that can further motivate and excite the students to learn. I then go over a brief overview of the curriculum and deliver the material in a step-by-step, easy-to-understand format.
I offer personalized, one-on-one tutorials to benefit students' individual needs and objectives. I also use online tutoring platforms and various interactive technologies, such as video-conferencing, virtual whiteboards, and interactive resources, to bridge the gap between physical and digital learning.
In addition, I work towards developing my students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills by facilitating in-depth discussions and debates. This encourages the students to think through the material and come up with their own solutions, which builds self-confidence and encourages academic achievement.
I teach different academic levels, from elementary through to graduate, and have a wide range of expertise in various subjects, such as mathematics, English, economics, history and science.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my passion for the subject matter and my commitment and dedication
