My name is Maggie and I’m a doctor with a strong passion for teaching biology, anatomy and pathophysiology. I love helping students understand complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and approachable way, whether it’s breaking down cellular processes or exploring human physiology.
I provide lessons for GCSE, A Level and University level students.
My teaching style is supportive and student-focused. I aim to build confidence, encourage curiosity, and tailor each session to suit individual learning styles and goals. I believe biology, anatomy and pathophysiology become much more interesting when you can connect it to real-life applications, and I enjoy bringing those connections into my lessons.

Best tutor I’ve had. She’s professional, always prepared, and knows exactly how to break down the hard topics. 10/10 recommendation
Great tutor! Professional, patient and dedicated teacher. Tailored lessons to my needs and syllabus. Would highly recommend!
Highly recommend Maggie! She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, really focusing on my weak areas in Maths and Biology and prepared me very well for my exams.
Maggie helped me with Maths and really made me understand topics I was struggling with at school. She is very friendly and was patient with me because I am a slow learner. She taught me very well and I recommend her to anyone who wants a good tutor.

My fee includes the lessons as well as resources I will provide after each lesson. I give students personally made presentations which include all the information needed for specific exam boards. In addition, I also give homework, sometimes involving worksheets and often exam style questions so students can familiarise themselves. This homework will also be marked and feedback will be given to students. All these services are included in my fee.
