I plan my topic and prepare it properly with references and diagrammatic explanations including flows sheets and supporting videos. My lecture includes introduction of topic moving towards its explanation and then moving towards conclusion and questions from students at the end. All my prepared material will be available to students.

I will approach the lesson structure in a different way depending on each student's capabilities and preferred methods of learning. I will happily try different teaching methods in order to help you grasp the subject at hand and understand it on a deeper level.

I approach each topic first by seeing the pupil's understanding of it, and the areas where they struggle. I then approach these areas and explain them in detail and with visual aids. I ensure they have understood the topic by giving them some exercises to work through (if appropriate), or by getting them to explain it to me in their words, or write an essay template (again, if appropriate).
I am looking to teach at GCSE level on a one to one basis. Once I have a list of points that the student wishes to work on I will be able to formulate a schedule from there, I have my own set of resources and find teaching by examples works best alongside using past papers and trial questions. This way we can work on exactly what is needed, exam answering technique or applicable knowledge.

I believe primarily in engaging with the subject matter at hand. The content is designed to be stimulating, and there is extra material available should the student's curiosity be piqued.

I am offering lessons to GCSE/A-Level students who struggle with complicated topics and as a student who constantly gained A*s I can offer good exam technique and revision advice. I always plan the lesson around the individual. Quickly analysing your performance and working with you to build any weaknesses into strengths. I give instant and insightful feedback so you can improve rapidly. I am supportive and patient.
From experience, I find that people have different ways of learning. Personally, I find that doing practice questions on the topic is most beneficial. However, this is not to say it's the only way. I would structure lessons by beginning with learning objectives as they're important in tracking progress.
