About Aaditya
I have got honors in zoology at graduation level from Banaras Hindu University which is one of the premiere universities of India. Further I pursued my post-graduation in Forensic Science which provided me a better idea of application of scientific techniques, obtained training from some of the best organizations in the field namely Central Forensic Science Laboratory (Central Bureau of Investigation) New Delhi and also Central Forensic Science Laboratory Chandigarh. I have also worked as an Asst. Chemical Analyzer (Group B) in Biology & Serology division at Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratories, Mumbai.
Currently Pursuing Ph.D. having teaching experience at various levels.

I prefer being more like a friend rather than just a mentor while keeping discipline in check as I believe
students can interact better in that way. They can share their problems in a better way and effective
guidance may be provided to them. I shall try and develop better social skills so that classroom discussion
can be encouraged this brings out new ideas and better communication amongst the peer groups. I have
also been providing career guidance through online platform to students so that they can opt for better
career options and support them in academic activities. Learning is a never ending process one can learn
from juniors as well as seniors. I always try and improve myself be it from colleagues or students and I find
experience brings out better supervision abilities in oneself.
