About Isha
Growing up, I saw how confusing and overwhelming nutrition advice can be. When I began working with clients—especially Indians living abroad—I realized that most people do not struggle because they lack willpower, they struggle because they lack clear, simple guidance that fits their lifestyle.
I want to share my knowledge because:
I believe food should nourish—not restrict.
I want to help people feel confident, energetic, and healthy again.
I’ve seen how the right meal plan can change a person’s entire life.
I love simplifying nutrition so people can actually follow it joyfully.
I want to support those living abroad who struggle to maintain Indian eating habits while adjusting to a new food culture.
My mission is to help people take control of their health with clarity, compassion, and science-backed nutrition, no matter where they live.
