I am sportsperson by profession and sports has changed my life entirely . Especially YOGA (that I started to practice for my sport)
A rifle shooter who is keen to go beyond the physical state of body , and practising yoga since 10 years .
I would like to share my life lessons and knowledge of yoga so that each one of us lives the life stress free and healthy and enjoy every moment of there life.
