About Mandlenkosi
I'm a political scientist, I have no experience in teaching although I am familiar with the process of sharing knowledge and conducting a class through class presentations and university tutorials. The presentations I have done got positive feedback from my peers and my lecturers. The greatest achievement for me has been to make a point that the message I was sending via the presentations reached the other end effectively and enlightened them.

My methodology is very simple and easy to adjust to. Communication is the basis of the methodology. First I work towards creating a link between me and the student, person to person so we can eliminate the void that usually goes between 'teachers' and 'learners. From that view point, we are just human beings engaging in a discussion although I will be conducting and bringing through my professional knowledge to the table. I prefer starting off with the broader perspective of the topic as a group (if I am teaching a group) then zoom in to one on one discussions to expand on points that may need clarification.
