Sam was the lab instructor for my Statistics for Business course, she also helped me as a tutor for other math and stats courses. She breaks down concepts really well and is patient with explaining things. I highly recommend her as a tutor.

I have known Saman since high school and have always admired her enthusiasm for mathematics. At class, sometimes she came up with a more creative solution than the rest of us, and I remember how eagerly she shared her viw with the other students. Her explanations were clear and engaging, making it a pleasure to understand her insights. She also tutored some students from lower grades, something she kept doing during her B.S. as well, and the results seemed satisfactory. In addition to her academic  strength, she is a very pleasant person which I imagine would enhance her effectiveness as an educator. Her genuine passion for mathematics is undeniable, and I am confident that this passion, combined with her teaching abilities, would make her an invaluable asset in a teaching position.
