Ah! That’s the big problem for teachers of certain grades! Students are more interested in each other than in academics so you need to motivate them and make learning interesting for them. Be well prepared, start a lesson with something interesting and work from there. Lessons you learn from motivating bored or reluctant students will help you teach any group of any age. Not everyone can do it. I hope you can.
