I will not start the class directly. I would love to discuss and observe the student's strength and weaknesses beforehand so that I can mould myself according to my student. As it will facilitate me as well as the student. The sole purpose will be to make him/her understand the concept clearly rather than running in a rat race to just complete the syllabus.
