About Hummy
Few years ago I went to get my passport photo, and the person who took my picture asked me to lean to right, I thought that’s strange this could make the picture look twisted, the truth is the picture is upright and from that moment I notice sth.wrong on my spine, my right tight hip and left sore shoulder,
I start to stretch @ home, then went to gym then went to teacher training,
My back is lot better today and hip and shoulder pain is gone, and most significantly I found my guru and I surprised myself that I can practice every day,
All I did was do what I can - and from that moment my yogi life started
