"THE YOGA CLASS SHOULD BE FILLED WITH GOODNESS IN THE VIBE ". Yoga is just not about physical fitness but also mental fitness. There is no difficult and artificial method because we have to start by self. The nature about that natural sourcing. Nothing hard, we have just starting by self I repeat by self that which way to connected spirit. The universe is a whole galaxy magical. No limitations your connectivity. My teaching starts with prayer, whole body warm up, Surya namaskaras, asanas, pranayama & yoga nidra. This flow is for fitness session. The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues.
