Hello, my name is Dilip. I am a certified 3rd Dan Black Belt Taekwondo instructor with many years of training and teaching experience. I have trained students of different ages and skill levels and have participated in national and international Taekwondo tournaments. These experiences have helped me develop strong technical skills, discipline, leadership, and a passion for teaching.
I have successfully coached many students in Nepal and enjoy helping people improve their confidence, fitness, self-defense skills, and overall performance.
