About Misty

My name is Misty Orgill. I am an English language tutor based in South Africa. I am a native English speaker with TEFL certification and years of experience. I have taught students from all over the world-young and old. My goal is to foster a comfortable and relaxed classroom environment where my students feel at ease. I love building meaningful connections with my students that last further than the discussions of the four walls of the classroom. I am an open, friendly tutor with lots of patience. There is no such thing as a stupid question. If you’re looking to improve your speaking, grammar, reading or writing then look no further! I can’t wait to tutor you and help you succeed.

About the lesson

Why You Should Choose Me as Your Tutor

Hi there! If you’re looking for more than just a tutor—someone who genuinely cares about your learning journey, understands your struggles, and is committed to seeing you succeed—then you’re in the right place.

I don’t just teach. I connect. I listen. I adapt. Every student learns differently, and I take the time to understand your unique strengths and challenges so I can guide you in a way that feels natural, supportive, and empowering. Whether you’re building your confidence in English, preparing for exams, or simply looking to improve your speaking and writing skills, I’m here to walk that path with you.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I’d be honored to be your tutor. Let’s build something amazing together—one lesson at a time.
