I have gained success in this career path using a method that has worked with my learners over the years which is first to bond with my learners when we first meet and understanding their personalities. Not teaching them as a whole but individually according to their assimilation rate and learning style. Between 1 hr. 30 mins - 2 hrs is enough for one lesson as not to stress and lose their attention. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Education. I have over 5 years experience as a teacher. I have taught early years and primary one classes.
