About Raquel
Since 2022 I have dedicated myself to self-knowledge completely, in April 2022 I left a stable job, my life in Brazil and embarked on an adventure that my soul had wanted for 11 years, and that, for the first time, I heard its call. I decided to take a sabbatical (which I imagined would last a year) and pursue my dream of traveling and discovering the world through my own eyes.
From 2022 to 2023 I followed my intuition, I trusted in the support of the Universe and the Mystery, and despite everything and the fear I tried everything that interested me in the world, completely open to possibilities and the discovery of new skills.
I returned to Brazil in December 2023 as Rachel, the traveler, the holistic therapist, the yoga teacher, the friend, the volunteer, the passionate and passionate about life.

In the 50-minute yoga session, we can adapt the modality according to your needs.
