About Sushmitha
This is Sushmitha aka Curlymotoyogi. I am a professional motorcycle enthusiast, training women on how to ride one. Raced in both circuit and off-road racing. Finished my Yoga teacher training certification in 2020. Trained over 200+ students on hatha yoga. Attended 10 days Vipassana meditation twice. Yoga has helped me bring out the creative side in me, and my goal is to help my students achieve the best versions of themselves.

Being a person who used to overthink everything and get panic attacks, I made a promise to myself that I would work on my mental and physical health while also helping others who are going through the same thing. Being in that state has helped me understand the pain points of the individuals to help them better their lives one step at a time.
