I have been practicing personal trainer for 6 years and i'm International certified strength and conditioning coach from ISSA.(INTERNATIONAL SPORTS AND SCIENCE ASSOCIATIONS. )
*online Fitness Trainer having 2 years of experience in teaching online.
*I have also done International CPR/AED certification from NATIONAL CPR FOUNDATION in U.S.A.
*I'm a state athlete and won gold Medal in south zone inter university athletic meet for 3 consecutive years.
*3years experience as a Physical Director and produce a 2 national Athlets and 5 state medalist.
*I have transformed the people who are looking to lose their weight.
