About David
Ive been Inspired by legendary hermit sage couples who retreated to simple cozy mountain hideaways for higher level practices, and have handsculpted a backyard earthen sleeping pod as a meditation chamber -aligned to the sacred cave and the indigenous hut for deep rest and altered states. I’m interested in the conditions that enable these states of consciousness to arise - in addition to the the techniques, methods and practices. Conditions include total darkness, safety, trust and belonging,

The lessons combine inner alchemy practices with recreating the conditions that enable deep rest and altered states - recreating our past experiences with camping, napping under a tree or at a beach, lazy holidays and such. We draw upon aspects of indigenous life and hermit sage-couples retreating in remote mountain hideaways, or in the total darkness of desert caves where many a prophets and master “found, spoke to, or heard god”
