About Jasmine
I have been a Certified Meditation Teacher since February 2020, after noticing that working in corporate was taking a huge toll on my mental and physical health. While I still love the work that I did in corporate (digital communications), I wanted to help others and myself in a more direct way. Enter: meditation as a way to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and help with overwhelm.

If you've tried meditation before but it hasn't stuck, or you feel you won't be able to do it because you can't "clear your mind" I'd love for you to try one of my classes. My approach is specifically geared towards beginners, is approachable, realistic, and based around relaxation.
