About Pamela
My fitness journey started over 10 years ago, but, in the beginning it was all over the place! No matter what I was doing, I was getting injured, feeling weak and uncomfortable with my body and as a result I had no motivation.
I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and in that moment I realized I needed something to change. I started my own journey with a personal trainer and started understanding my body and its needs. That changed my life! I stopped getting injured and felt strong confident and beautiful again. I wanted to share how this focus on exercise saved me with other people.
