About Brionna
Hello! My name is Brionna Jordan, and I am a certified full-time teacher with expertise in teaching mathematics to students in grades PreK–5. I am currently earning my Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Literacy, deepening my knowledge of how students grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers. Teaching is more than my profession — it’s my passion. I approach every learning opportunity with a constructivist mindset, believing that students learn best when they are active participants in building their own understanding. In my classroom and tutoring sessions, I create hands-on, student-centered experiences that connect new concepts to what students already know, while encouraging them to question, explore, and make meaningful connections. I am a consistent collaborative learner alongside my students. I believe that learning is a shared journey, and I am committed to growing with my students every step of the way. My goal is to cultivate learners who are confident in their exploration, comfortable taking risks, and resilient in the face of challenges. As a full-time certified PreK–5 teacher and a current graduate student earning my Master’s degree in Education with a literacy concentration, I bring both experience and a passion for learning to every tutoring session.
