About Laurine
My experience lies at the intersection of well-being, the body, and personal development. A certified sophrologist (Sophrocap Clermont-Ferrand) and a graduate in Aesthetics and Cosmetics (BTS MECP Peyrefitte Lyon), I have supported many people through individual consultations, group workshops, and movement classes. Today, I primarily help women regain clarity, strengthen their identity, and make decisions aligned with who they truly are. Now living abroad, I work with an international clientele in French and English. My approach combines sophrology, numerology, and intuitive guidance to explore each person's strengths, challenges, and aspirations. I also integrate my expertise in the body, skin, and well-being to foster concrete, lasting, and deeply embodied change.

Each coaching session is entirely personalized to your needs, situation, and goals. During our first session, we'll discuss your current experiences to identify any obstacles, resources, and potential avenues for growth. I then use various tools from sophrology, numerology, guidance, and body awareness to help you regain clarity, strengthen your sense of self, and move forward with confidence. My sessions are particularly suited to women experiencing periods of transition, questioning, or life changes, but also to anyone wishing to better understand their emotions, gain serenity, and make decisions more aligned with their aspirations. My approach is practical, compassionate, and action-oriented to foster lasting and embodied change.
