About Rahila
Teaching is more than a profession to me it is a calling. As a Certified Special Needs Educator and First-Class Graduate in Guidance and Counseling, I have dedicated myself to helping children who learn differently find their voice, build confidence, and reach their full potential. My passion for special education was born out of a desire to make learning possible for every child, regardless of their challenges. Working as a Special Needs Educator at Cadet Academy has given me hands-on experience in supporting learners with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech delays, and other developmental difficulties. I am deeply patient, compassionate, and attentive. I design personalized lessons that match each learner’s unique style, ensuring that learning feels natural, not forced. My goal is not only to teach skills but also to nurture joy, resilience, and independence in every learner I work with.
