I am an IISER Bhopal graduate and a certified SVYASA Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of personal yoga practice and 3 years of teaching experience.
My goal is simple: to help people feel healthier, stronger, and more connected with themselves through yoga.

My classes are designed to be safe, beginner-friendly, and personalized to your goals, fitness level, and experience.
A typical session includes:
Gentle warm-up and mobility exercises
️ Breathing techniques (Pranayama)
Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, or Yoga Flow practices
Mindfulness and relaxation techniques
Guided Yoga Nidra sessions when appropriate
