I believe that practicing yoga can bring balance to the body and mind and enable us to face stress with equanimity.
In my classes, i will provide clear instructions for each movement and incorporate various breathing exercises, hoping that every student can leave behind their daily worries on the yoga mat and have a conversation with their own body and soul, creating their unique yoga experience.
At the same time, I will create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, allowing students to enjoy every moment in the class with joy.
